What Should be Our Daily Sadhana?
1️⃣ 1. Kirtan, lekhan, japa, and shravan are the 4 pillars. Remembrance is the goal.
2️⃣ 2. Start with 24 mins (1 danda) daily. Focus on remembering the forms and pastimes as you practice these four.
3️⃣ 3. Additionally, whenever possible, always try to hear the purest transcendental sounds via speakers or earphones throughout the day as you do other things.
4️⃣ 4. Slowly increase the core practice of the four pillars to 2 hours daily all the time focusing on remembrance.
5️⃣ 5. When you start feel bliss and ecstasy while remembering steadily during these 2 hours, then slowly increase the practice of the four pillars to 4 hours and then to 6-8 hours daily. Though 24/7 remembrance is the ultimate goal, dedicating at least a third of the daily 24 hours to attain the spiritual world after death is the minimum ideal time required eventually. Just like to earn a particular sum of money, you need to work daily for at least a fixed number of hours.
6️⃣ 6. And last but not the least. Don’t worry if you are not able to progress beyond the sadhana of 24 mins or 2 hours daily. Simply focus on quality remembrance in those 24 or 120 mins and the quantity will automatically increase.
